Use the Print Multiple Screens panel to select screens as you work through a session and them print them all in one print job. The Print Multiple Screens panel is available with Reflection Desktop version 16-2 and greater.

Reflection Desktop’s Print Multiple Screens panel makes it easy to select screens you want to print as you work through your sessions.

After you open Print Multiple Screens, just click the Capture Screen button to select a screen you want to print.

You can hide this panel and show it only when you need it, undock it from the workspace, or dock it to another location.

Each screen you select is added to the list of screens to print.

You can also select screens from more than one session.

After you have selected a list of screens, you can review the list. And then delete the screens you don’t need to print.

You can also select the number of screens to print on a page. We’ll select two screens per page.

When you are ready to print all the screens, click the Print Screens button.
