The Operations Bridge Integration for BMC Remedy and Helix ITSM allows you to connect BMC Remedy or Helix ITSM to Micro Focus Operations Bridge Manager in only a few steps. The integration provides Closed Loop Incident Process (CLIP): bi-directional synchronization of events & incidents.
