Description

The Integration for ServiceNow allows you to integrate ServiceNow with Micro Focus Operations Bridge Manager in a couple of easy steps. The integration provides a "Closed Loop Incident Process" (CLIP), bi-directional synchronization of OBM events and ServiceNow incidents, and one-way synchronization between ServiceNow change requests and OBM downtimes.

OBM events to ServiceNow incidents:

  • Predefined integration templates and out-of-the-box use cases;
  • Bi-directional synchronization between the OBM events and the ServiceNow incidents;
  • Fully customizable workflows, field, and conditional mapping configuration;

ServiceNow change requests to OBM downtimes:

  • Predefined integration template and out-of-the-box use case;
  • One-way synchronization from the ServiceNow change requests to the OBM downtimes;
  • Fully customizable workflows, field, and conditional mapping configuration;
