Audit Manager Architecture (deprecated)

Note: Audit Manager is deprecated and provided for backward compatibility only. We recommend that you use syslog events instead. See Enterprise Server Auditing for more information.
Restriction: This topic applies only when the Enterprise Server feature is enabled.

Audit event information is generated by SEPs, and by Micro Focus Directory Server (MFDS).

The IPC sends the audit events to the Audit Manager.

The Audit Manager's event consolidator process combines these events, and the Audit event emitter or emitters output them, either to a secure file, or as SNMP events.
