You can configure
Enterprise Server to log auditable events that occur during operation, such as authentication attempts, and resource access requests.
Enterprise Server supports auditing using syslog events, which can be consumed by a wide range of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) products.
Note: In previous versions of
Visual COBOL similar functionality was provided by the
Micro Focus Audit Manager. However,
Micro Focus Audit Manager is now deprecated.
