By default, cisnet docker uses the IP address 172.16.0.0/16 for container networking. The default cisnet docker IP may conflict with your current network. To avoid IP conflicts, the “Docker Network Setting” option is now available to modify the default docker subnet IP range.
For more information, see Configuring CIS in OES 23.4: CIS Administration Guide.
CIS can be configured independently of the firewall status. The firewall status can be changed after configuring CIS, ensuring seamless operation in any firewall condition.
As a result, CIS can continue to function seamlessly with or without a firewall.
Introducing cisintegrity, a new command line utility that offers a variety of validation options to verify the integrity of migrated objects in cloud storage and databases. This utility identifies orphan objects and deletes them from cloud storage, effectively reclaiming unused space.
For a list of available options, see the cisintegrity man page.
