File Names Tab

Using this tab, you can File Names to display options for naming and locating files.

Options	Description
Log File	Specify a DOS file name in which Handshake will record transfer events. Most information that is displayed during a transfer also is written to the file. The default file name is FILEXFER.TXT. You can change it to any valid file name. Leaving this field blank disables the logging of transfers.
Log File Directory	Specify the directory where the transfer log file is saved. The default is the current directory.
Host Control File	LRGCOM.HCF is the host control file. It defines how the host program is started and closed down, as well as what happens during a timeout command. You can edit this file using the Accessory Manager Text Editor or the Windows Notepad.
HCF Directory	Specify where the host control file is stored. The default is the current directory.
