You can configure various page set-up options such as page orientation, and margins and you can assign a document name as well as header and footer information.
To Select a printer
From the File menu, choose Print Screen.
In the Print Screen dialog box under Name, select a printer.
To change printer settings, choose Print Settings.
To print a screen
From the display session File menu choose Print Screen.
Choose the destination Printer and complete the Print Settings section of the dialog box.
To configure the print screen options for the current printer
From the display session File menu choose Print Screen.
Choose the destination Printer and complete the Print Settings section of the dialog box.
To print the screen to a file
From the display session File menu choose Print Screen.
Choose File as the destination.
Select Replace File to overwrite any existing data in the specified file with new data.

Select Append to File to add the new data to the end of any existing data in the specified file.
To configure print settings options
From the display session File menu choose Print Screen.
Choose the Print Settings button.
Complete the Print Settings information.
To display the Cancel Print dialog box during printing
From the display session File menu, choose Print Screen.
Choose Enable the cancel print operation to display the Cancel Print dialog box while printing is in progress.
NOTE:You can select this option only if you are printing to a file and the destination File is selected.
To configure page setup
From the display session File menu choose Print Settings.
Complete the Print Settings dialog box.
To specify the print orientation
From the display session File menu choose the Printer Settings option.
In the Orientation group box, select the option that indicates how the document should be positioned on the page.
As you select each option, the sample at the top of the dialog box changes to show how the orientation affects the page layout.
To specify the printing margins
From the display session File menu choose Printer Settings.
In the left, right, top, and bottom boxes, select the number of inches or centimeters from the edges of the paper where printing should not occur.
As you select these numbers, the sample in the middle of the dialog box changes to show how the changes affect the page layout.
To specify the document name for the printed header or footer
From the display session File menu choose Printer Settings.
Enter a name in the Document Title text box.
You can use the &F variable in both the Header or Footer text boxes, to have the title you typed appear on the page.
To specify the printed header
From the display session File menu choose Printer Settings.
In the Header text box, type the information that you want to appear in the header of the printed document (up to 80 characters).
This header appears one line above the top margin. If you do not want to use a header, delete the default values. You can also use these variables:

To specify the printed footer
From the display session File menu choose Printer Settings.
In the Footer text box, type the information that you want to appear in the footer of the printed document (up to 80 characters).
This footer appears one line below the bottom margin. If you do not want to use a footer, delete the default values. You can also use these variables:

To choose the print font
From the display session File menu choose Print Screen.
Choose the Font button.
Complete the Font dialog box.
