To secure the Cut, Copy, and Paste commands

From the Options menu, choose Security.

From the Security dialog box, select the security scheme you want to edit. The name of the security scheme is listed in the Scheme field. Click Browse if you want to select a different scheme.

Choose the Options tab.

If asked for a password, enter the password in the Security Password dialog box and click OK.

From the Category list, choose Edit.

In the Commands list, clear the check boxes for the Edit commands you want to secure: Cut, Copy, Paste, Clear, Select All, or Settings.

To save the scheme, go to the File page and click Save As.
