Using the Print Settings dialog box, you can configure various page set-up options such as page orientation and margins, and you can assign a document name as well as header and footer information.

Bottom Margin |
Defines the distance between the bottom of the page and the bottom of the last line on the page, in inches. |
Orientation - Portrait or Landscape |
Specifies how the document is positioned on the page. Portrait orients the paper vertically. Landscape rotates the paper 90 degrees clockwise. |
Document Title |
Specifies a "title" for the document you are going to print. The header and footer text appears just outside of the page margins. You can type text for the header and footer, or used the &F variable to include the document file name in either the header or footer. |
Header Text |
Specifies the text that will appear in the header of the printed document (up to 80 characters). This header appears one line above the top margin. If you do not want to use a header, delete the default values. |
Footer Text |
Specifies the text that will appear in the footer of the printed document (up to 80 characters). This footer appears one line below the bottom margin. If you do not want to use a footer, delete the default values. |
Font |
Selects the font to use for printing. You can also change font styles such as bold, italic, or bold and italic. |
To select page layout options
From the display session File menu choose Print Settings.
In the Orientation group box, select the option that indicates how the document should be positioned on the page.
In the left, right, top, and bottom boxes, select the number of inches or centimeters from the edges of the paper where printing should not occur.
The sample in the middle of the dialog box changes to show how the changes affect the page layout.
Enter a name in the Document Title text box.
In the Header and Footer text boxes, type the information that you want to appear in the header of the printed document (up to 80 characters each).
The header appears one line above the top margin. The footer appears one line below the bottom margin. If you do not want to use headers or footers, delete the default values. You can also use these variables:
