Using the Print Screen dialog box, you can configure various page set-up options such as page orientation, and margins and you can assign a document name as well as header and footer information.

Use Default Printer |
Select this option to use your default Windows printer. The printer name under Name in this dialog box is changed automatically when you select this option. |
Enable the Cancel Print Operation |
Displays the Cancel Print Screen dialog box while printing is in progress. This enables you to stop a print job before it has completed. You can select this option only if you have chosen to print to file. |
Print Emphasized Fields in Bold |
Prints the highlighted fields in bold text. |
Reverse Black and White for Graphics Printing |
Prints black areas of the image as white, and white areas as black. (Useful when the host display is white text on a black background.) |
Print in Black and White |
Prints black areas of the image as black, and white areas as white. |
File Settings |
Allows you to choose options if you chose to send your file to print. |
File Name |
Enter the name of the file you want to print to file. |
Browse button |
Choose this button to select an existing file if you chose to print or append the data to a file. |
Replace File |
Replaces data. The new data will overwrite any existing data in the file. |
Append to File |
Adds the data to the end of any existing data in the file. |
Display File Dialog |
Displays the File Open dialog box when you choose the Print Screen command from the toolbar. |
Host Screens |
Specify how many host screens you want to print per page. From the display session file menu you can choose Print Multiple Screens to create a queue of host screens and send them to the printer at one time. This field only displays if the Print Multiple Screens command has been selected. |
Host Screens Per Page |
Specify the number of host screens that at most will print per page From the display session file menu you can choose Print Multiple Screens to create a queue of host screens and send them to the printer at one time. This field only displays if the Print Multiple Screens command has been selected. |
Copies |
Specify the number of copies to print. |

Specify the number of copies to print. |
Collate |
Prints pages in a sequential order. This can be helpful when printing multiple copies of a multi-page print job that needs to be read sequentially. |
