The Add/Edit LU Resource dialog box (IBM Mainframe)

Use this dialog box to select a Resource name or to configure a new resource.

Options

Description

Resource Name

Displays Resource names which can be selected for connection to your workstation. Select the Any option to allow the session to connect with all available resources.

Configure

Displays the SNA Client Configuration dialog where you can establish an SNA Client configuration.

To configure a Microsoft SNA Client

  1. Start a new session, and select Microsoft SNA Server as your connection type.

  2. From the Microsoft SNA Server General page choose the Add button.

  3. From the Add LU Resource dialog box choose the Configure button.

  4. Configure a Microsoft SNA Client.
