Date And Time Functions (DB2 Mode)

XDB Server's Date and Time arithmetic functions have been enhanced to provide full DB2 compatibility when operating in DB2 mode. Included are addition and subtraction of date and time field values as well as durations. When operating in XDB mode, arithmetic operations on dates and times are calculated as explained in the Date And Time Functions (XDB mode) section.

SQL Compatibility Mode is set either in the client configuration or by issuing a SET COMPATIBILITY command. Consult your DB2 documentation for further information on date/time functions and expressions.
