Linked Element List

An element list created by an action descriptor can be linked to the context resource. The context resource is usually the one that was selected when the action was executed, which is an element list entry or a filter in most cases. The main purpose of creating linked lists is to have access to parent properties.

A linked element list has the following properties:

A linked element list created from an element list entry.

Since the list contains only the properties “file name” and “create date”, the “folder name” will be obtained from the hierarchy.
