Mainframe Explorer
window is not displayed, click
View

Mainframe Explorer
.
In the
Mainframe Explorer
window, log on to the mainframe.
Right-click
the mainframe connection
, then click
Allocate
>
Partitioned dataset
.
The
Allocate a new partitioned dataset
screen appears.
Complete the details for the new data set, then click
OK
.
Tip:
For help completing the fields, click
Help
on the dialog box.
The new data set is added to the catalog.
