Once you have configured the regions for each iFileshare server within the high availability group, you only need to start the regions (in any particular order) to kick off the replication process.
When all regions in the group are running, if you view the system directories of the stand-by servers, you will see a number of files have been added; amongst those:
- The database reference file (dbase.ref)
- The advanced recovery logging file (logtrans.tlog)
- The data files that are referenced in the database reference file
As I/O operations are performed through the iFileshare primary server, you will see these files being updated.
