The data collected by MFESDIAGS needs to be provided to OpenText Support for Micro Focus Products as a zip file named using the following convention:
case-number_YYYY-DD-MM_HH-MM-SS-snapshot.zip
This naming convention is particularly important when multiple failure data collections are taken for the same incident and problem: sometimes it can take several failures to help in pattern identification for a complex problem resolution.
