TSUIN0007 Failed to re-open an editor from the resource: {0} .

When an application is loaded, all files which were open at the time when the application was unloaded will be re-opened in the editor based on the information in the cache. For the given element, the re-open failed because no entry could be found in the cache. Most probably the cached information is inconsistent. The workspace may have been switched between unload and load of the application.

Remove the file ft_openfiles.xml from the application folder in the internal project folder. See Troubleshooting for more information on how to remove the cached information.
