The Help for the MicroFocus.COBOL.RuntimeServices assembly is installed in the Help Viewer and is accessible through the search option.
It is also available as the MicroFocus.COBOL.RuntimeServices.chm file, which is installed in the Help folder of your installation. The default location is %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Micro Focus\Visual COBOL for Visual Studio 2012\Help. To open the CHM file, double-click MicroFocus.COBOL.RuntimeServices.chm in Windows Explorer.
