COBSQL has attempted to invoke the database precompiler and has been unsuccessful. There are a number of possible reasons for this.
You should check the following:
- Has the database precompiler been installed?
- Can the database precompiler be run on this machine/OS?
- Is the database precompiler on the PATH?
- Is there enough memory to execute the database precompiler?
- Has COBSQLTYPE been set correctly?
