Directory Server Error Messages 81 to end

Restriction: This topic applies only when the Enterprise Server feature is enabled.

MDS0081W A duplicate port value has been used: this may cause server startup errors
You specified a port number for a listener or a server that is already in use. If both are started at the same time then this will cause startup problems. Depending on the operating system and the TCP stack implementation the second one to start might take the port or may refuse to start up, or some other problem might occur, which might or might not be reported to you.
MDS0082E Requested license value invalid, minimum value is 0
You have asked for a negative number of licenses when creating an enterprise server. The enterprise server will be created with no licenses.
MDS0083W Cannot set auto-refresh period if web browser timeout is set
You tried to set an auto-refresh period when a Web browser timeout period is set on the Configure Options page. This is not allowed if user access on that page is also set to restricted, because each refresh restarts the timeout countdown.
MDS0084E Cannot restore from current repository path
You have tried to restore the repository from the location of the current repository.
MDS0085W Value changed but not saved
You have changed a value on one of the Edit Server tabs, then switched to another tab or page without saving your changes.
MDS0086I At least one Communications Process must auto-start
You have attempted to turn off auto-start for all the communications processes that belong to an enterprise server. At least one must auto-start. The change is ignored.
MDS0087E MFRHBINP cannot be renamed
You have attempted to rename the Micro Focus request handler MFRHBINP. This is not permitted because if it were possible to rename it, it could then be deleted. Enterprise Server will not work without the presence of this request handler.
MDS0091E ISC listener port must have a valid value
MDS0091E ISC listener port has an invalid value,
MDS0095E Duplicate group name exists
The group name exists. A user group name must be unique.
MDS0096I Server configuration updated
This message is displayed after an administrator has run the Validate operation on a configuration, and then applied any suggested updates.
MDS0097E Duplicate initiator name exists
An initiator name must be unique within the enterprise server configuration.
MDS0098W Cannot over-write existing repository data
There is existing repository data in the chosen directory. Choose a different directory.
MDS0099I Server already in requested state
Displayed whe a request is made to start an already-started enterprise server.
MDS0100E Duplicate printer name exists
A printer name must be unique within the server configuration.
MDS0101E The maximum number of Communications Processes per server is 32
When copying Communications Processes in the listener list page, the maximum number allowed is 32.
MDS0102W Passwords must contain alphanumeric characters only
The password field for internal and external security users accepts only alphanumeric characters.
MDS0103E Security Manager already referenced in list
When specifying a priority list of Security Managers, each entry in the list must refer to a unique Security Manager (no duplicate entries allowed).
MDS0104E There must be at least one Security Manager in list
There must be at least one Security Manager in the Security Manager list.
MDS0105E Both certificate and keyfile required
If both the MFDS SSL option and custom certificate option have both been specified, then a certificate and keyfile have to be specified.
MDS0106E Duplicate Security Manager name exists
A Security Manager name must be unique within MFDS.
MDS0107E Security Managers cannot use a reserved module name
Some Security Manager names are reserved for internal use only, for example “mfds_esm”.
MDS0108E Users must be a member of #AllUsrs group
If using MFDS Internal Security, all users must be a member of the “#AllUsrs” group and cannot be removed from it.
MDS0109E Cannot copy deployed services or packages if server working mode is changed
If copying an ES server definition to change the working mode from 32-bit to 64-bit or 64-bit to 32-bit, the deployed services of the original server will not be compatible with the new working mode. Therefore, the server definition cannot be copied.
MDS0110W The specified configuration change may not take effect until the server is restarted
When changing the state of a service when an ES server is started, the requested state may not come into effect until the server is restarted.
MDS0111W Update request failure message CASRD1006E detected in the ES console log
There has been a problem updating the started ES server with the requested configuration change.
MDS0112I Update success message CASRD1001I detected for this object in the ES console log
The requested configuration change has been accepted by the started ES instance.
MDS0113W Users who are members of the #System user group cannot log on interactively
When using MFDS Internal Security, the system accounts defined in the “#System” group, used internally by default in ES, cannot be used to log into the Enterprise Server Administration GUI if user access is set to restricted.
MDS1003E LDAP server connection error
You have attempted to change the location of the MFDS repository to an LDAP directory server, and there is an error connecting to the server specified. The LDAP server error code and details are included in the message. Refer to your LDAP provider documentation for more information on the error.
