An attempt to shutdown a region externally via a transid was rejected as the transaction could not be scheduled due to an error allocating shared memory.
CASST0012W
A forceable region abend was requested via the dfhgrtrm utility. Data may be lost or the system may be left in an unstable state. This option should only be used as a last resort, it is recommended that the region is shutdown cleanly via the /t option.
CASST0013W
A forceable region abend was requested via the dfhgrtrm utility without the protection of locking shared memory. This should only be used if the region is 'hung', that is, it is impossible to connect a 3270 terminal to the region or shut the region down with the /t option.
