To export a user library

In Eclipse, open an existing workspace that contains the user library you want to export.
Right-click the project name and select Properties.
Under Micro Focus, click JVM Build Path; then click the Libraries tab.
Select User Library you want to export; then click Edit.
Click User Libraries.
Click Export.
Click Browse to select a directory for the exported library file
Type a name for the exported library; then click OK. Eclipse automatically adds the file extension .userlibraries.
Click OK to clear the confirmation message.
Click OK.
