Back Up a Data File

  1. From the Data File Tools window, click File > Open, or click (Open File).

    The Open dialog box appears.

  2. Navigate to the required data file, then click Open.

    The Open Data File dialog box appears.

  3. Click Backup.

    The Save dialog box appears.

  4. If required, edit the default name and location, then click Save.

    A copy of the data file is created.
