Highlighting

For terminals that have additive attributes the following are used. Entries marked with an asterisk (*) should be set appropriately for the type of terminal:

Entry	Mnemonic
Enter blink mode *	blink
Enter bold mode *	bold
Enter dim mode *	dim
Enter reverse mode *	rev
Enter underline mode *	smul

For terminals that do not have additive attributes, the following is needed:

Entry	Mnemonic
Set attributes	sgr

Highlighting is also affected by the COBATTR environment variable. See the appendix Environment Variables for details.
