The Panels parameter block is made up of fields that you initialize to execute a particular function within Panels. You must make sure that you define all fields relevant to a function before calling Panels. For your convenience, the parameter block is in the copyfile panlink.cpy, provided with Visual COBOL, and you can use the COPY statement to include it in your program.
