To start the OpenESQL Configuration utility

Do one of the following:

• From your desktop, click Start > All Programs > Micro Focus Visual COBOL > Data Tools > Configuration > OpenESQL JCL Configuration Utility.
  Note: On Windows 8, Windows 10, and Windows Server 2012, you use the Start screen to invoke programs.
• From the Visual COBOL IDE, click Run > Tools > OpenESQL Configuration Utility.
