FS024-S Failed to open log file : `filename`.

The Fileshare Server does not have read/write access to the log file and/or the directory where the log file resides.
The filename specified for the log file is invalid. The filename may not be a valid filename for the operating system on which the Fileshare Server resides or the path specified in the log filename specifies a drive/directory that does not exist.
The log file is in use by another process, preventing the Fileshare Server from obtaining exclusive access to the log file.
The operating system or the COBOL run-time system is unable to allocate a file handle to the log file.
