Do one of the following:
- From your desktop, click
Start > All Programs > Micro Focus Visual COBOL > Data Tools > Data Connections > ADO.NET Connection Editor.
Note: On Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012, you use the Start screen to invoke programs.
- From the Visual Studio IDE, click
View > Micro Focus SQL Tools > ADO.NET Connection Editor.
- From the OpenESQL Assistant, click
ADO.NET Connection Editor.
Important: To enable the adding, saving, importing, and deleting of System type connections, start Visual Studio as an administrator, and start the ADO.NET Connection Editor from the Visual Studio IDE or from the OpenESQL Assistant.
