To preview a data file

  1. From the Data File Editor window, click File > Print Preview.
  2. Configure the preview page using the fields and controls on the Preview dialog box. For a description of each field and control, see Print and Preview dialog boxes.
  3. Click Preview.
  4. Use the button bar to page through the preview and zoom in and out. Optional.
  5. To print the file, click Print; then follow the steps provided in To print from a data file starting with step 2.
  6. Click Close.
