To add or update a SQL CLR Stored Procedure

In Visual Studio, make your SQL CLR Database Project or SQL Server Database Project the active project.
Start OpenESQL Assistant.
Right-click over the toolbar and select Add SP to SQLCLR project.
If the stored procedure already exists, OpenESQL prompts you to replace the program in the project.

Note: To ensure that the program compiles properly and deploys the appropriate runtime, set the following properties, found on the project properties SQL tab:

ESQL Preprocessor	OpenESQL
DBMAN Directive	ADO
