Micro Focus License Management System.
The following topic describes the installation process on Windows.
The Oracle RDBMS, version 9i or later, must be installed and configured prior to the installation of
Database Connectors for Oracle. Consult the Oracle documentation if you have any questions regarding this step.
Note: If users are using Oracle client software to connect to a database not on the current machine, they must set up an alias for the database they are connecting to using Oracle's
Net Configuration Assistant or a similar tool.
