You use PPB-Scroll-Count to specify the number of rows or columns you want to scroll. If you scroll up or down (PPB-Scroll-Direction is set to 0 or 1), PPB-Scroll-Count specifies the number of rows to be scrolled. If you scroll to the left or right (PPB-Scroll-Direction is set to 2 or 3), PPB-Scroll-Count specifies the number of columns to be scrolled.
