Accessing the Communications Server Console

Restriction: This topic applies only when the Enterprise Server feature is enabled.

To determine the cause of a secure listnener failure, it can be useful to look in the Communications Server (CS) console and review the messages that the listener generated. To access the CS console:

  1. On the Entereprise Server Administration Home page, click Edit at the left of the server you want to check.
  2. Click the Diagnostics tab, then click the CS Console tab.
  3. To view the entire log since the server was started, click Show Entire Log. The log opens in a text editor window.
