Resolution:
The manifest in the .car file may be invalid, or the user may have explicitly included additional .idt files in the .car file. If the service settings in the IMTK specify "Legacy application needs deploying", check that no .idt files are included in the list of files to be deployed. Delete and redeploy the service. If the problem remains, contact Micro Focus support.
