In
Studio Enterprise Edition, you are unable to use environment variables to resolve a file name at run time if you are using RMFM, the RM/COBOL file handler.
To configure the RM/COBOL file handler, you must use the CALLFH(ACUFH) Compiler directive. When this is set, the value of an environment variable will not resolve any file names you have set.
