About the MF370CTL.CFG configuration file

The MF370CTL.CFG file holds environment variable configurations for:

Project file locations
Default memory size
Run Time Virtual Memory settings
Fileshare pathnames
Controlling the Generalized Trace Facility (GTF)
Configuring the default SQA memory size

By default, this configuration file is located in the %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Micro Focus\Studio Enterprise Edition x.x\base\bin installation directory, but you can create a copy in your working directory. When you compile or run applications, the vaues set in the project's working directory version override the values set in the copy in the default directory.

Note: You can use create a copy of the configuration file in your working directory that contains project-specific settings to override the default values.
