This section describes the steps you need to perform before you can run the IVP. These steps are split into three sections:
- Preparing the IVP. This section shows how to compile and generate the various source files that make up the IVP and load the database.
- Updating the Resource Definition File. This section shows how to update your resource definition file with transactions required to run IMS applications.
- Configuring an Enterprise Server for the IVP. This section shows how to configure an enterprise server so that you can run the IMS IVP.
