The manual revoke process should be followed when automatic revoke has failed.
If automatic revocation fails, the Revoke Product Licenses dialog box will display options for manual revocation. Either:
- Copy all of the character string displayed in the text box at the bottom of the Revoke Product Licenses dialog box.
This string contains the
Sentinel RMS License Revoke Tickets that are required to issue a new authorization code.
- Click the HTTP link.
The link will take you to the Micro Focus license revocation web page.
- Paste the copied string into the text box and click
Generate.
The new Authorization code will be displayed.
Or
- Copy all of the character string displayed in the text box at the bottom of the Revoke Product Licenses dialog box and send in an email to your SupportLine representative.
Important: Ensure that you keep the new authorization codes in a safe place. You will need them when you re-authorize your product.
