This release provides the following improvements:
- Workflow Capture
- The Workflow Capture functionality from Net Express has been added to the Interface Mapping Toolset running under Visual Studio 2008. Service interface operations can be created based on a recording (capturing) of the CICS or the IMS application flow. This simplifies the creation of service interfaces for CICS or IMS applications that contain moderate to large number of screens when modernizing post migration.
- You can display a graph showing the screens that were captured as well as the flow between the screens.
- WPF clients for testing service interfaces
- Users now have a choice of generating WPF, Windows Forms or ASPX .NET test clients for service interfaces during the modernization process.
