Defining a Mainframe Node

In order to access mainframe files , you need to define the mainframe nodes that you want to access. Drag and Drop, SourceConnect and Compare and Synchronization Monitor all use the definitions that you define.

You use the Server Access Configuration dialog box to configure this node.

To display the Server Access Configuration dialog box, use either of the following options:

  • From the Visual Studio menu, select: Tools > Micro Focus COBOL Tools > Micro Focus Server Access
  • From the Windows Start menu, select :Micro Focus Product Name > Configuration > Mainframe Access Configuration

The Server Access Configuration dialog box is displayed.
