To stop and start the license manager service

Note: The following steps are not relevant for .NET managed code.

Either use the Services window as follows:
1. Open the Services window. You can do this from Control Panel, or you can run services.msc at a command prompt.
2. Select Micro Focus License Manager.
3. Right-click and select the required option to stop or start the service.
Or use the command-line interface:
```
    mflmwin.exe -option
```
Where option can be:

s - to start the service

x - to stop the service
