Sentinel users can be assigned to one or more roles. Manual steps in the workflow processes can be assigned to a role.
Access the Sentinel Control Center. For more information, see Step 1 in Accessing the iTRAC Administration Tools.
Click the iTRAC tab.
In the menu bar, click iTRAC > iTRAC Role Manager.
Click Add Role.
Specify a unique name for the role.
Click Add to specify which users must be members of this role.
Click OK.
Access the Sentinel Control Center. For more information, see Step 1 in Accessing the iTRAC Administration Tools.
Click the iTRAC tab.
In the menu bar, click iTRAC > iTRAC Role Manager.
Right-click the role you want to delete, click Delete Role.
Click Yes to confirm deletion.
Access the Sentinel Control Center. For more information, see Step 1 in Accessing the iTRAC Administration Tools.
Click the iTRAC tab.
In the menu bar, click iTRAC > iTRAC Role Manager.
Right-click the role for which you want to view details, click iTRAC Role Details.
