Upgrades from Secure API Manager 1.x to 2.0 are not supported. You can upgrade from Secure API Manager 2.0 to 2.1, but only if you are using the appliance. You cannot upgrade from an appliance deployment of Secure API Manager 2.0 to the Docker deployment of Secure API Manager 2.1.
