ExceptionDescription
Attachmate.Reflection.SecuredSettingException This exception is thrown when you modify a property that was secured via the Permissions Manager or that can only be modified by an Administrator.
Remarks
When this property is true, the host controls the cursor blink rate. When it is false (the default), the host does not control it. Use the CursorBlinkRate property to control the blink rate from the terminal. This property is only relevant for 5250 terminal sessions.
