    Gets or sets whether the host can alter the definitions of the user-defined keys.
    Syntax
    expression.UserDefinedKeysLocked As Boolean
    where expression is a variable that represents a Terminal Object
    Remarks
    When this property is set to true, user-defined keys cannot be loaded from the host.
