To create an OES 2018 or later VM guest, you must make the installation software available in one of the following locations:
A Local Installation Source: The 64-bit (Table 10-1) ISO files copied to the host server’s local drives.
A Network Installation Source: The 64-bit (Table 10-1) ISO files used to create a network installation source. For instructions, see Setting Up the Server Holding the Installation Sources in the SLES Deployment Guide.
