Use the Macro dialog box to specify which macro you want to run, record, edit, or delete. You can edit your recorded macro code or create more complex macros using the Macro Editor. For more information on using macros, choose the Related Topics button.
To run a macro
The following steps describe how you can run a macro after you've recorded it, or saved it in the Macro Editor.
From the Tools menu, choose
.Type the name of the macro you want to run or select

(Optional) Provide a short description of the macro. This description will appear in the most-recently-used macro list. |

When selected, the Macro Name list will show only macros that are currently running. |
