Using this tab, you can modify the list of keystrokes that you perform to access recorded host screens. For example, while recording host screens, you might have typed a password to access a particular host application. To ensure the security of the application, you can edit the recording and insert a prompt for the password rather than the actual password itself. You can also use this tab to change how the host screen is identified. For example, when Accessory Manager records the fields used to identify the screen, it might include data that changes, such as the time or date. When you next try to access this screen, since the time or date will have changed, an error will occur. Using this tab, you can delete identification fields that are not appropriate, or truncate the identification fields to remove inappropriate data.
NOTE:This tab appears only if you are using the ADMIN.ESF security file or another security file in which access to this tab is enabled.

Using this dialog box, you can add or edit an identification field for the selected screen.
The Data area indicates what text will be used as the identification field. The Row and Column text boxes indicate where this text occurs. The Length text box indicates how many characters the text is.
You can change the identification field by changing the Row, Column, or Length. As you change these values, the information in the Data area changes accordingly. For example, if you change the Row to 5, the Column to 10, and the Length to 15, the Data area displays the next 15 characters beginning in the tenth column of the fifth row of the recorded host screen.
An easy way to locate text to use for the identification field is to change the Row and Column to 1 and the Length to 1600. This will display much of the information from the recorded host screen in the Data area. You can then manipulate the Row, Column, and Length until the Data area shows only the text that you want to use as the identification field.
Row
Type the number of the row where the identification field should begin. As you specify the desired row, the information in the Data area changes accordingly. For example, if you type 5, the Data area displays the text from the fifth row of the recorded host screen.
Column

Length
Type the desired length for the identification field (you can make it longer or shorter). As you specify the desired length, the information in the Data area changes. For example, if you type 15, the Data area displays 15 characters from the recorded host screen, beginning at the specified Row and Column numbers.
