Recording Pages Security

You can restrict access to all page recording commands. If you clear the check boxes for the Record Pages, Page Settings, or Go To Bookmark/Page commands in the Security Action dialog box, the commands will no longer be available from the Tools menu, and the program removes the commands from the Category list in the Action dialog box. The user will not be able to record host screen pages, associate settings with pages or page groups, or select a page or bookmark to go to when these commands are disabled in the Security dialog box.
